What apkcome8.com stores

Cookies, consent and the small set of fields the profile keeps

apkcome8.com stores strictly necessary cookies (your cookie consent choice, a small session-state token that lets the mobile menu and the cookie banner remember your last action, and the referring URL captured at the moment you arrived from an affiliate partner's tracked link) and optional analytics or marketing cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. No payment information is stored. No account credentials are stored. No government identifier is stored. The cookie categories and the consent flow are described in the cookie banner that appears on first visit and which you can re-open at any time via the footer link.

The strictly necessary cookie is set on first visit and persists until you clear it from your browser. It is needed to remember that you have already seen the cookie banner and to keep your choice across pages. If you clear browser storage, you will see the banner again on next visit. The optional categories - analytics and marketing - load only after you click Accept all. Reject optional keeps the strictly necessary cookie only. None of these cookies are sold or shared with the destination operator; they live inside apkcome8.com and the analytics vendor's own first-party storage, which means they are scoped to the apkcome8.com origin and do not follow you across unrelated sites.

Server-side access logs are kept for a short rolling window to diagnose traffic anomalies, debug broken install links, and answer takedown notices. Access logs record the request timestamp, the requested path, the response status, the user-agent string, and an anonymised truncated IP address (the last octet is zeroed). Access logs are not joined to the cookie consent record, are not used to build a profile of individual visitors, and are not shared with the destination operator or with any third-party analytics vendor. The rolling window is reviewed against the volume of organic traffic; it is not retained beyond what is needed to keep the install route stable.

Affiliate attribution is recorded as a single token appended to outbound install links. The token encodes the referring partner and the click timestamp; it does not encode your name, your device identifier, your phone number, your email address, or any field that could be used to identify you outside the click event itself. The token is forwarded to the destination operator over an HTTPS request, and the destination operator stores the token against the install it credits to apkcome8.com. apkcome8.com does not see what happens after the install is credited and does not receive the resulting account record.

Local browser storage is used sparingly. The session-state token described above is a small value this product profile writes to remember your last menu action and cookie choice; the token is not a fingerprint, not a cross-site identifier, and not a key that can be used to reconstruct your activity across other sites. Clearing browser storage resets the token and you will see the cookie banner again on next visit. The local-storage value is not exported, not synced to a server profile, and not joined to any third-party dataset.

What apkcome8.com does not store

Account, payment and identity data lives at the destination operator

Account credentials (your phone number, your password or one-time-code, your sign-in token), payment card numbers, UPI handles, bank account numbers, and government identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar last-four if used for KYC) are not stored on apkcome8.com. Those fields are handled by the destination operator after you install the Come app and complete the operator's own sign-up flow. apkcome8.com does not see them, does not proxy them, and does not log them. The affiliate route forwards you to the operator's install path; once the operator's own app is open, apkcome8.com is no longer in the request path.

The boundary matters because the operator's privacy notice, not apkcome8.com's, is the document that governs how the operator handles your sign-in data, your KYC data, your deposit data and your withdrawal data. apkcome8.com does not summarise or reproduce the operator's privacy notice; the operator's notice is the live surface and the operator revises it independently. The habit is to read both: apkcome8.com for what the profile site itself does, and the operator's notice for what the installed app does. If the two documents disagree, the operator's notice governs everything that happens inside the installed app.

Browser-side state is intentionally minimal. apkcome8.com does not use cross-site tracking cookies, does not deploy fingerprinting scripts, and does not load third-party pixels that build a behavioural profile. The cookie banner you see on first visit is the only consent surface; the only data that crosses the apkcome8.com boundary is the strictly necessary cookie plus, after you accept, the analytics and marketing cookies you have opted into. The destination operator's own consent surface appears inside the installed app; the operator's surface is where you control the data the operator itself handles.

Affiliate disclosure

How the affiliate relationship changes what apkcome8.com stores

Some outbound links on apkcome8.com are affiliate links. When you tap Install Come app or related commercial actions, the route carries a tracking parameter to the destination operator. That parameter lets the destination operator attribute the install to apkcome8.com for accounting purposes; the parameter does not carry personal information and does not let apkcome8.com see what you do inside the operator app after sign-in. The relationship does not change the install path or the published app identity - the install route is the same APK, the same package name, the same destination operator, and the same first-screen prompt whether you arrived via the affiliate link or via a direct route.

The affiliate disclosure applies to the cookie banner too. Marketing cookies only load after you accept them; if you reject optional, the marketing cookies stay off, and the affiliate tracking on the outbound side falls back to the strictly necessary attribution parameter only. That is the minimum data needed to make the affiliate relationship work, and it does not include browsing profile, device fingerprint, or cross-site identifier. The MeitY PROG Act 2025 framework's disclosure expectations are met by the cookie banner and the affiliate disclosure paragraph in this privacy notice, both of which are linked from the footer.

Editorial material on apkcome8.com is written independently of the affiliate relationship. The operator does not review, approve, or pay for the copy; the copy reflects what the apkcome8.com team believes readers need to know before they tap an install link. Where a promo code, a bonus amount, or a payout window is quoted, the figure is drawn from the operator's own published surface on the date noted in the news or review article, and the figure is re-checked at every news cycle so that the article does not drift out of sync with the operator's current state. If the operator revises a quoted figure and the apkcome8.com team has not yet re-checked, the figure is treated as a stale reference and the article is flagged for the next cycle.

The disclosure also covers what is not shared. apkcome8.com does not receive your deposit history, your bonus-claim history, your withdrawal history, your KYC document, your chat transcripts with the operator's support, your responsible-use self-exclusion record, or your gameplay telemetry inside the installed app. The operator treats those fields under its own privacy notice, with its own consent flows and its own retention schedule. The boundary is intentional: the apkcome8.com team wants the profile site to remain useful without becoming a data processor for the operator's user records.

Children, retention and cross-border transfers

Who the privacy notice applies to, how long data is kept, and where it travels

apkcome8.com is intended for adult readers. The profile pages, the cookie banner on first visit, the install route, and the editorial material across the news and review sections do not target minors and are not designed for consent flows with minors, because the editorial material discusses real-money apps that are restricted to 18+ users under Indian law. If you are under 18, please do not use apkcome8.com. If you believe a minor has used any page on apkcome8.com, write to the contact form and the desk will treat the report with priority.

Retention windows are short. Strictly necessary cookies persist until you clear them or until twelve months pass without a return visit, whichever comes first. Server-side access logs are kept for the rolling window described above and are not retained beyond what is needed to keep the install route stable. Affiliate attribution tokens are kept by the destination operator according to the operator's own retention schedule; apkcome8.com does not keep its own copy beyond the click event itself. If you ask for the data apkcome8.com holds, the answer is the cookie consent record only, and the answer is delivered by the contact form within one to three working days.

Cross-border transfer is limited. The strictly necessary cookie and the access log are served from the same region this product profile is served from; the analytics vendor, when you accept the optional analytics cookie, may process events in a different region. The marketing cookie, when you accept it, follows the same path. None of these transfers include personal identifiers beyond the consent record and the anonymised truncated IP described above. apkcome8.com does not export a visitor database, does not sell a list of readers, and does not share an identifier file with a third party. The minimum data needed to keep the install route working is the only data that crosses any boundary.

Contact and revisions

How to ask a question and how revisions are dated

For questions about the privacy notice, use the contact form. The Control Room support desk triages privacy questions separately from product questions and routes them to the desk that maintains the cookie banner, the consent flow and the affiliate disclosure. A reply usually takes one to three working days because most questions require checking the cookie-consent record and the consent log; questions that ask for a copy of the personal data apkcome8.com holds are answered with a confirmation that the only stored data is the strictly necessary cookie set described above, unless the questioner has signed up for the optional newsletter (which is off by default and not offered on this product profile).

Revisions to this privacy notice are dated at the top of the body and at the bottom of the body block. Material revisions - a change to the categories of data stored, a change to the affiliate disclosure, a change to the contact path - are summarised in a short note at the top of the body for at least 30 days after the change, and the cookie banner re-presents the consent choice after any material revision. Cosmetic revisions - spelling, formatting, link text - are not re-presented. The current revision is dated 2026-08-25; previous revisions are not republished and the audit trail is the dated diff in the source repository that publishes this privacy notice.

Your rights and escalation

How to exercise data subject rights and where to escalate a complaint

Because the only personal data apkcome8.com holds is the strictly necessary cookie record and the truncated access-log entry described above, the data subject rights that are most likely to apply are the right to be informed (which this notice fulfils), the right to access (which is answered through the contact form as described in the prior section), the right to erasure (which is satisfied by clearing browser storage, after which the strictly necessary cookie is rewritten on next visit and the prior record is gone), and the right to withdraw consent (which is satisfied by clicking Reject optional in the cookie banner and by closing the browser session).

If your question concerns data held by the destination operator - sign-in records, KYC documents, deposit history, withdrawal history, bonus-claim records, responsible-use self-exclusion records - the data subject rights request must go to the operator, not to apkcome8.com. apkcome8.com cannot retrieve that data on your behalf because the data does not exist inside apkcome8.com. The operator's privacy notice, surfaced inside the installed app and on the operator's own web surface, is the document that explains the operator's process for access, correction, portability, and erasure requests.

If you have raised a concern with apkcome8.com and you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the complaint through the contact form using the subject line Privacy escalation. Escalations are routed to the apkcome8.com team's privacy lead, who is independent of the support desk that handled the first reply. Escalations are reviewed within seven working days. If the escalation concerns the destination operator's data practices rather than apkcome8.com's, the reply will direct you to the operator's grievance officer and will summarise what was checked on the apkcome8.com side so the boundary is clear in writing.

This privacy notice is read together with the cookie notice surfaced in the cookie banner and with the affiliate disclosure paragraph at the bottom of every page that carries an install link. If any of those three documents is revised, the change is reflected here within the same revision window so the profile site stays internally consistent. The cookie banner and the affiliate disclosure are the on-page surfaces; this notice is the long-form reference. The two are written so that a reader who reads only the banner or only the disclosure still gets the same boundary explanation in shorter form, and a reader who reads all three gets the same boundary explanation with the retention window and the data subject rights spelled out in long form. The cookie notice, the affiliate disclosure, and this privacy notice are the three documents that govern what apkcome8.com itself does; the destination operator's notice is the document that governs what the installed app does.
